ABOUT ME
Twenty years in the rooms where decisions get made.
Before I started working with people on what makes them who they are, I spent twenty years in the corridors of law firms, Big4 consultancies, construction companies and academic institutions. I wasn't the strategist in the boardroom. I was the person who heard the decisions, typed the strategies, implemented them, and watched the human cost. That taught me how power, hierarchy and self-forgetting are connected.
Today I work out of that experience with those who no longer want it. I bring both together: the rigour of the world I grew up in, and the depth of the methods that led me out of it.
