You don’t need to know which method you need. That’s my job. Depending on what we find, I draw from Human Design, NLP, Sophrology, Hypnotherapy and coaching to work with what is actually behind the problem.

I look for the part that actually matters.
You can spend a lot of time fixing the wrong thing very well.
I listen, ask questions and look at the patterns behind what is happening. Then we make it simple enough to work with.
My work combines Human Design, CareerPathKEY, NLP, Sophrology and Hypnotherapy with more than 20 years of experience in international organisations.
I work with individuals, solopreneurs, leaders and teams in Luxembourg and online, in English, German and French.
